Operator, Manuf. Tech 1, and presently Manuf. Techn II. My position is Leadership and trainer for the area. Currently
working on F-shift in the Probe area. Responsibilities include receiving passdown,reviewing priority lots, disposition lots,
work closely with operation and equipment engineering to facilitate dispositions and help with WIP movement, overseeing
card changes for each part type, and ensuring technicians have the right amount of tools required to meet the area goals. Use
Command Center software to review WWGOAL , PRBCORP, and Constraints to ensure area is running efficiently.
Responsible for the functional, param tools, and logout areas as well as for training other technicians.Write operating
procedures,design and work on special projects to streamline operations, while interfacing with engineers and other area
managers to resolve issues.Meet regularly with team, supervisor, process engineering, and ES (equipment support)
exhibiting professional demeanor. Extensive personneltraining experience: computer software, tool software, operating
tools, inspection for part defects to prevent damage to Probe cards (and trained entire area to take over the inspections in
order to catch defects soonerin the manufacturing process). Provide written and verbal passdowns to the leadership of the
