This document discusses inner motivation and decision making using the metaphor of sculpting oneself like a marble stone. It prompts the reader to reflect on 7 questions to help define their fears, find courage, identity, mission, dreams, goals, and ultimately make a decision. These questions will help the reader begin sculpting themselves and taking their first step by focusing on finding their reason or purpose rather than being stopped by fears or trying to please everyone. The key is to take action and do something rather than worrying about doing it perfectly.
We create prisons of our own negativity by underestimating ourselves and thinking with limitations like "I can't" or "I am so small". This negativity has cascading effects but can be broken by taking small positive steps, zooming out of negatives and zooming in on positives, thinking and acting positively, and with gratitude.
Lucid dreaming is being aware that you are dreaming while dreaming. It allows people to control their dreams and do anything they want, like flying or talking to deceased loved ones. To lucid dream, people can do reality checks during the day like looking at signs to see if letters change, and asking themselves if they are dreaming. Believing you can control your dreams is key, as doubt can cause dreams to become unstable and cause waking up. Lucid dreaming is used for entertainment but also helps those with disabilities regain abilities in dreams and improves memory.

Neurons store information in patterns and can hold the equivalent of 80,000 libraries with 800 pages each. While all human minds have equal capacity, individuals differ in how they utilize their brain's memory.
Computer and the human mind have similarities. Both are changeable over time as new inventions emerge and knowledge increases. Ethical hacking refers to using computer skills for good, and similarly people can improve their ability to understand others. Just as anti-virus software protects computers from digital viruses, people should strive to live virtuously to avoid life's vices. Computers use programming and software to reduce uncertainties, and human minds can engage in psychological programming to think and act positively.

Fear is generally of the unknown and we fear the unfamiliar. To overcome fear, we must transcend it and take action instead of focusing on potential outcomes. And the semester has officially began! I hope you have already sta.docxrossskuddershamus
And the semester has officially began! I hope you have already started to read Search Inside Yourself (SIY) and it is challenging your current ways of thinking. Some of you may believe whole-heartedly in what this book advocates for, and others may still be a bit skeptical; either way, that is okay. Regardless, I am appreciative of you opening your minds and exploring different types of knowledge. Much of what SIY discusses has sincerely changed my life. Through meditation and positive thinking I have learned to control my emotions and accomplish more than I could have imagined prior to my own discoveries of what SIY discusses.
I would like this week's reflection to be a chance to search inside yourselves and discover a bit more about your identity. An identity which you have the ability to create, and recreate, and then recreate again if you feel the urge to do so. Always remember, the footprint and impact you choose to leave on this planet and our society is YOUR choice. Contrary to all the naysayers, this is YOUR life. Contrary to all the negative energy you may come across that seems so hard to avoid and not let affect you, this is YOUR life.
One of the joys I hope to bring to your lives is the discovery that you do in fact control your attitude, your future, and the influence you have on others around you (whether good or bad, this is your choice). Unfortunately, there is a tremendous amount of hatred circumventing our existence. This hatred spreads like wildfire and causes much violence and unrest within and across the many cultures of the world. Where and when does it stop? It stops from the realization that not only do you NOT have to be a part of it, but you can actually reverse it by spreading kindness and compassion to others. Kindness and compassion is contagious and can be taught and learned.
One way I have learned to teach this is by showing others how to reflect on their daily habits and unveil the subconscious thoughts and attitudes that perpetuate these same habits. Meditation is an amazing tool to help one search inside themselves, by using brief moments in our chaotic daily lives to think, and exist, at a much deeper level through reflection and awareness. Slow, deep, full breaths helps us slow down the world around us in order to see things a bit more clearly. Clearly enough to recognize the potential that you possess. The potential to help others in need. The potential to bring a greater sense of fulfillment to your own lives.
Take a moment at this point to sit up in a tall, comfortable position....... and breath...... slow.... deep.... breaths.... please take as long as feels good here before you continue....
Hopefully you are feeling a bit more relaxed and thinking a bit more clearly now. Maintaining your composure, please answer the following questions. Be honest. As always, no judgment on my end or yours.
(1) Are you happy with what is currently going on in your life? Why? Why not?
(2) Envisioning your ide.
This document provides techniques for overcoming mental obstacles like self-sabotage, fear, doubts, money worries, jealousy, and envy. Envy can be transformed into inspiration from others' successes. Maintaining physical, spiritual, and mental health fuels personal growth. The RAIN method - recognize, allow, investigate, nurture - can help process overwhelming feelings with self-compassion.

It provides questions to reflect on to help uncover your passion, such as your skills, accomplishments, who you admire, how you want to make a difference, and how you want to be remembered.

3. The subconscious is impacted - dreaming big fills the subconscious with abundance rather than lack, changing one's experiences and direction in life.
4. Self-improvement becomes a necessity - realizing dreams requires changing habits and improving constantly rather than expecting different results with no changes. Dreaming provides motivation to improve oneself.

Astronism, Cosmism and Cosmodeism: the space religions espousing the doctrine...Cometan
This lecture created by Brandon Taylorian (aka Cometan) specially for the CESNUR Conference held Bordeaux in June 2024 provides a brief introduction to the legacy of religious and philosophical thought that Astronism emerges from, namely the discourse on transcension started assuredly by the Cosmists in Russia in the mid-to-late nineteenth century and then carried on and developed by Mordecai Nessyahu in Cosmodeism in the twentieth century. Cometan also then provides some detail on his story in founding Astronism in the early twenty-first century from 2013 along with details on the central Astronist doctrine of transcension. Finally, the lecture concludes with some contributions made by space religions and space philosophy and their influences on various cultural facets in art, literature and film.

Lucid Dreaming: Understanding the Risks and Benefits
The ability to control one's dreams or for the dreamer to be aware that he or she is dreaming. This process, called lucid dreaming, has some potential risks as well as many fascinating benefits. However, many people are hesitant to try it initially for fear of the potential dangers. This article aims to clarify these concerns by exploring both the risks and benefits of lucid dreaming.
The Benefits of Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming allows a person to take control of their dream world, helping them overcome their fears and eliminate nightmares. This technique is particularly useful for mental health. By taking control of their dreams, individuals can face challenging scenarios in a controlled environment, which can help reduce anxiety and increase self-confidence.
Addressing Common Concerns
Physical Harm in Dreams Lucid dreaming is fundamentally safe. In a lucid dream, everything is a creation of your mind. Therefore, nothing in the dream can physically harm you. Despite the vividness and realness of the dream experience, it remains entirely within your mental landscape, posing no physical danger.
Mental Health Risks Concerns about developing PTSD or other mental illnesses from lucid dreaming are unfounded. As soon as you wake up, it's clear that the events experienced in the dream were not real. On the contrary, lucid dreaming is often seen as a therapeutic tool for conditions like PTSD, as it allows individuals to reframe and manage their thoughts.
Potential Risks of Lucid Dreaming
While generally safe, lucid dreaming does come with a few risks as well:
Mixing Dream Memories with Reality Long-term lucid dreamers might occasionally confuse dream memories with real ones, creating false memories. This issue is rare and preventable by maintaining a dream journal and avoiding lucid dreaming about real-life people or places too frequently.
Escapism Using lucid dreaming to escape reality can be problematic if it interferes with your daily life. While it is sometimes beneficial to escape and relieve the stress of reality, relying on lucid dreaming for happiness can hinder personal growth and productivity.
Feeling Tired After Lucid Dreaming Some people report feeling tired after lucid dreaming. This tiredness is not due to the dreams themselves but often results from not getting enough sleep or using techniques that disrupt sleep patterns. Taking breaks and ensuring adequate sleep can prevent this.
Mental Exhaustion Lucid dreaming can be mentally taxing if practiced excessively without breaks. It’s important to balance lucid dreaming with regular sleep to avoid mental fatigue.
Lucid dreaming is safe and beneficial if done with caution. It has many benefits, such as overcoming fear and improving mental health, and minimal risks. There are many resources and tutorials available for those interested in trying it.
Chandra Dev: Unveiling the Mystery of the Moon GodExotic India
Shining brightly in the sky, some days more than others, the Moon in popular culture is a symbol of love, romance, and beauty. The ancient Hindu texts, however, mention the Moon as an intriguing and powerful being, worshiped by sages as Chandra.
8. The Universe sends us our dreams
to call us
to the life we were meant to live
9. By not living our dreams,
there is something missing in the world
10. And from the state of our world,
I think many people are not
living their dreams
war
poverty
starvation
genocide
murder
11. Why, when we have a strong calling
to do a particular thing,
do so many people ignore it and walk away?
Why is that?
12. fear of the unknown and fear of failure
Of course, a huge reason is fear…
13. but have you sat down and thought about
what is the worst that could REALLY happen?
14. we never regret the
things we’ve tried.
If it was a mistake,
we learn from it.
It is the things
we don’t do
that causes our regrets.
A wise woman once told me,
15. What is the worst that
could happen?
Is there anything I could
learn from the experience?
So if you are afraid of failing, ask yourself
16. And then decide –
is the fear of the unknown and the fear of failing
really worth giving up your dreams?
17. Another reason
people don’t pursue their dreams
is because they feel
it is an unworthy dream…
or even,
they are unworthy of the dream
18. To them I ask –
why would you be
called to do
something that is unworthy?
19. Why would the Universe ask you to do
something that you are not capable of doing?
20. Did you notice the pattern of this thinking?..
of what stops you?
21. It is your beliefs
- about yourself,
your capabilities,
your worthiness,
the worthiness of your dream –
that has been stopping you from
living your dream!
