This document discusses moving away from a project-based approach and toward product-based teams without projects. It presents four values ("Experiments over Projects", "Stable teams Over Temporary Endeavor", "Products Over Software", "Outcomes Over Execution") and ten principles for a world without projects, such as funding capacity rather than scope and bringing work to stable, motivated teams. The goal is to stop making projects and instead focus on long-lasting products developed by accountable teams.
