This document outlines a lesson plan for teaching second grade students about different literary genres. Over the course of a week, the teacher will introduce students to folklore, fantasy, science fiction, biography, and realistic fiction genres. To engage students with different learning styles, the teacher will use audio books, overhead projectors, and hands-on activities like drawing. The goal is for 90% of students to accurately recognize the five genres by the end of the week.
