My main responsibilities and achievements at Teneo are as follows:
 I develop fruitful relationships with several external C-suite professionals and
regularly seek opportunity to win new business for Teneo.
 I manage principal accounts and drive overall project management to ensure
deliverables are produced on time, on budget, and to client’s specifications.
 I build and maintain positive relationships with client teams and internal discipline
leads.
 By collecting data, applying analytics and interpreting the insights, I successfully and
economically build and manage digital marketing campaigns. I implement all
elements of the digital marketing channel mix including SEM, Display Advertising,
Social Media Marketing and Mobile Marketing in order to achieve a client’s unique
and specific set of goals and objectives such as increasing raw traffic and sales
revenue as well as fulfilling specific branding awareness and education ambitions.
 By collecting data, applying analytics and interpreting the insights I execute
successful influencer campaigns. I negotiate campaign timeframes, content
production, content usage rights, compensation and consider FTC regulations.
 I develop and optimise digital campaigns harnessing A/B testing techniques, ensuring
results are clearly presented.
 I set, measure and report on the KPI’s for all digital marketing campaigns.
 I build, implement and manage successful PR, social and community management
strategies for Teneo’s key clients.
 My copy has been published on social media, in press/editorial and used as part of
large scale advertising campaigns.
 I organise a team of in house creative professionals and manage creative execution
across all key program areas specific to a clients often detailed and changeable brief.
 I write creative briefs to communicate project requirements for creative and
copywriting teams and serve as a point of contact to direct the creative needs for the
client.
 I plan complex working procedures using critical path analysis.
 I appropriately cost projects specific to a clients particular needs and budget.
 I am responsible for managing the financial position of significant clients and their
high standards of stewardship.
