Succesful participation in international bidding processes (main customer, biannual) without

sites in LATAM; 15% of growth to other customers.

Technical advice in cosmetic applications.
The company managed to differentiate itself from competitors, by focusing technical
cooperation to fulfill clients' needs, being aligned in achieving thier immediate goals, as well
as the short and long term.
- Partnership
An outstanding commercial level was achieved by aligning the technical developments and
economic requirements of customers, with adequate proposals offered by suppliers who
trusted us with their representations. The success was reflected in 60% of our total sales.
- Logistics
Proper management of importations, inventories, distribution and warehousing, credits and
collections, third parties partnerships, allowed to keep costs at optimum levels all over my
administration.
- Adapting to change
Good management of multicultural technical teams; heading a group of 10 from 6 countries,
the technical-commercial relationship with our main Latin customer was significantly
improved; the transmission of our customer’s work philosophy, what to offer, when, how, and
to who, was my most important contribution.
