Midwest. The company delivers a wide range of
products to over 5,000 customers across the US.

annual ACA reporting process by 50% while

Prior to integrating EverythingBenefits’ solution,
ACA reporting was manual and error-prone, taking
the Lipari team “every bit of two months to
complete,” shared Joseph Riddle, Lipari’s HR
Generalist overseeing the process. Mr. Riddle
dreaded this time of the year reporting that it took
2-3 rounds of fixes to get the data correct. “It wasn’t
easy to make changes, there were many errors and
it required logging in to each carrier and going
through each employee to make corrections”.
Mr. Riddle shared that he was hesitant about
adapting new tech, “I thought I was going into
another nightmare, with a new system to figure out
how it works,” but found EverythingBenefits’
solution to be a “lifesaver.” Following a seamless
integration available through Kronos, the Lipari
team reported to have significantly reduced the
time it takes to do ACA reporting. The Lipari Team
