On 1/10/2015, I was appointed as the Managing Director of a Community Interest Company, namely

to apply over twenty years of my management, training and assessing experience into MCTCiC, to help

serve the community in training for skills, for career change, or to those who are under threat to become
redundant, vocational work-based training in all the sectors mentioned in this document.
The company name was established as Maxwell Work based Training Ltd in 2011 and was changed to

September / October 2015 Version 1.
I have personally worked as an Associate for many reputable organisations such as, e.Response
(current), Sarina Russo, through whom, I delivered training as an Employability Coach and as a twilight
assessor Trainer for all the cleaning night staff in Houses of Parliament, an associate contract given to
me by Sarina Russo, CEO, Euan Blair; Stanmore College, for retail apprenticeships, AND IN THE PAST
BETWEEN 1995 – 2010 for , Enfield College, for STL apprenticeships, City Lit College, for severe
physically disable learners for motivation and confidence building, Barnet College for management ,
private Corporate companies, such as Retailers, Morrison’s, the supermarket chain, where I personally
delivered training as a Night Assessor Trainer for their night staff, from Management, to team leading, to
customer services and cleaning managers. cash and carries, in the hospitality trade, Hotels such as
Hilton, Marriott, Millennium to name a but a few and have vast experience in delivering training to
learners with learning difficulties or disabilities such has partial hearing impairment, or sight, physical or
wheel chair bound, youth, employed, unemployed, ESA Clients, Career path development.
I believe my strengths such as delivering training in a flexible friendly manner and expertise and
experience in building rapport with my learners young and mature, has resulted in exceptionally high
retention and achievement records, thus meeting successful profitable targets for my business
associates and am pleased to say I have earned respect and very high reputation from all the
organisations that I have worked for, to an extent that all my learners who I have coached, mentored
and trained keep me updated with their professional success and their family life! A very high
percentage of Learners I have motivated and trained are now in full time or part-time employment.
September / October 2015 Version 1.
Below are very few (recent) testimonials that I regularly receive from my learners from each and every
course I run as an Associate with E.Response:
“The trainer had excellent communication skills for all levels and made the whole experience enjoyable. I am sad that the
course only lasted two weeks, The trainer went out of her way to help us and build confidence with future employment
prospects” “Thank you Shani” C. O’T Evesham (Customer Service/Employability Course OCT 2015
“I was terrified before coming to this course, after working at home for 8 years on my own. Shani immediately put me at ease,
helped make us a good team and she was good at giving positive feedback which gave me lots of confidence. I have really
enjoyed it and have learnt a lot.” D.W Evesham (Customer Service/Employability Course OCT 2015, now offered a job with M &
S Evesham
“I thought the course was very helpful and learnt a lot about customer service. I thought Shani taught it very well and was
very helpful. Also met great people” B.L Evesham (Customer Service/Employability Course OCT 2015
“This course helped me in a lot of ways, it has boosted my confidence dramatically. The help received for not only, customer
service but also for interviewing skills was amazing. There couldn’t have been a better trainer, Shani made this course so
relaxed and enjoyable it made the experience amazing” C.S Evesham (Customer Service/Employability Course OCT 2015
“I found the teacher, Shani was very helpful and went over and above what was expected of her. I was made to feel valued
and we watched helpful extra videos such as Interview skills; good and bad customer service; interview questions.”
K H Evesham (Customer Service/Employability Course OCT 2015
September / October 2015 Version 1.
I have excellent relationship with the staff I have personally trained and managed over the years, and
their loyalty exceeds my expectations, as they are all looking forward to working with me again as soon
as MCTCiC is fully functional as of January/February 2016.
I am going to ensure that MCTCiC has the very best staff from the industry at graduate level and indeed
higher, with the highest knowledge and skills in the industry than any other competitor in the South East
Region with a reputation for only the best staff delivering only the highest quality affordable or funded
training.
The Company’s registered office is based in LONDON WC1A 2SE, however, MCTCiC aims to deliver
delivers training throughout London hiring pre- risk assessed community halls which are conveniently
situated near to bus, train and parking facilities. The short term goal is to deliver training to our
community UK, Nationwide.
The community centres that MCTCiC hire, are light and airy, modern and comfortable and have disability
access.
“We have a welcoming atmosphere for learners and visitors alike, along with our team of staff on hand to
both help and welcome them”. Commented Ms Sofia Ben Achour – staff member (Associate)
September / October 2015 Version 1.
I am now looking for EXPRESSION OF INTEREST from organisations who share the same vision, ethos,
and a real sense of making a difference in community families’ lives to help them live sustainable
lifestyles, helping them improve their training and education to the next level to secure better jobs and
high income.
I cannot emphasis enough that my beliefs are extremely strong and truly believe that Training and Price
is not the answer to training and development INSTEAD it is the people such as our team members who
are highly qualified Verifiers, Assessors, Trainers and Tutors who work hard to make a difference to our
clientele, irrelevant of their age, culture, religion, ethnicity or race, in ensuring that they have the most
valuable experience. I conclude by finally sharing one good practice of many that I have tried and have
had successful results as an entrepreneur, Senior Consultant in setting up Approved Awarding Body
Training Centres, Public Speaker, Coach, Mentor and most of all a very caring, passionate employer is the
fact that you must: “LOOK AFTER YOUR STAFF in each and every way you can AND YOUR STAFF WILL LOOK AFTER YOUR
BUSINESS WITH LOYALTY, INTEGRITY, PASSION AND DEDICATION AS THEY LOOK FORWARD TO COMING TO WORK TO MAKE
A DIFFERENCE IN LIVES OF OTHERS AND NOT JUST FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY”
The above thought process has worked for me for the past 45 years, and I can do it again by applying it to
MCTCiC as the newly appointed Managing Director with a key role in maintaining QUALITY, HEALTH &
SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND AS A LEAD IQA for the two Awarding Bodies that MCTCiC will work with,
namely NCFE and HABC
September / October 2015 Version 1.
“If you are employed/unemployed a job seeker, under threat of redundancy, going through career change
or a volunteer then there is a training scheme for you at Maxwell Community Training CIC Ltd.”
L .D (Recent learner, who completed and achieved (self-funded) LEVEL 3 Supporting Teaching &
Learning, functional skills LEVEL 2 MATHS/ENGLISH and is now working as a Teaching Assistant with a
private primary school.
This introduction looks to give an overview of the business as it stands today, with some historical
information and forward business continuity plan. It is designed to act as a ‘road map’ for Maxwell
Community Training CIC and help to crystallise the goals and aspirations of the organisation. Also it looks
forward to its activities for sustained growth over the next 12 months. The company is in a steady but
formable manner over the next two years, then it foresees to have a wide and varied but strong own
multiple training and development centres within the Greater London area by the end of year 2018 .
Accredited with NCFE and HABC awarding bodies the company is able to work to the requirements as
laid down by the awarding bodies, Ofsted and Government funding such as SFA.
September / October 2015 Version 1.
Our Ethos: We believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to exceptional education and training
to realise their true potential and inner strength, in order to provide better living standards for their

them from achieving their dreams and aspirations.
