Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
 Prepares Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)/ Proprietary Information Agreements
(PIAs) for customers to sign. Creates Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with
government customers to facilitate ease of future purchase orders.
 Reviews Request for Proposal (RFP) from customer and meets with program team and
legal counsel to create a proposal. Continually communicates with customers to refine
proposals. Submits proposal to customers for review and negotiations in a timely
manner.
 Communicates issues to customers to create viable solutions. Collaborates and
coordinates efforts to meet contractual deadlines. Responsible for informing teams of
contract requirements, monitoring compliance, roll-out corporate initiatives, lead
compliance activities, participate in audits and reviews.
 Creates contracts and manages complex contractual obligations to ensure that all terms
and conditions are met. In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and ITAR regulations to
abide by government guidelines. Communicates issues with customers to create viable
solutions for U.S. Government and International counterparts.
 Utilizes Raytheon systems including SAP (APEX/ICMS), Exostar, RGEMS, 3D, OCR,
and Lotus Notes to access documentation and gain accessibility to ship internationally.
Initiates and manages hardware and technical data license requests for Export/Import
pursuits.
 Attended Airborne Multi Mode Radar Cash Collection meetings to review customer
account receivables.

Contract Operations Specialist/ContractClosure Team
Raytheon Company Space and Airborne Systems (SAS)
August 2004 – August 2008
 One of two personnel performing a centralized contract closure function for two large
business segments in Texas and California, Network Centric Systems (NCS) and Space
and Airborne Systems (SAS).
 Collaborated with Property, Finance, and Security to identify any potential contract
closure obstacles. Negotiated contract closure monetary settlements with the
government. Provided and disseminated metrics to NCS on contract closeouts.
 Represented SAS as an active participant in the development of the Raytheon
Integrated Contract Management System Contract Closure Module and deployment
team.
 Actively participated in joint monthly meetings to review contract closure status with the
government Defense Contract Management Association/Raytheon to ensure timely
contract closeout.

improve employee relations.
