Managing Partner
Richard Marksberry is the managing
partner of Federal Contractor Solu-
tions, LLC. With over 25 years of ex-
perience in accounting and technical
consulting, Mr. Marksberry has pro-
vided guidance and direction to com-
panies and clients in various industries
and vertical markets. In the past five
years Mr. Marksberry has led the im-
plementation of accounting systems
for multiple federal contractors, in-
cluding the development of internal
controls and related policies and pro-
cedures and reporting. In 2008 he
was recognized as one of the “Top 10
CFO’s in Government Contracting” by
ExecutiveBiz magazine.
Carl Sweetnam, Partner
Mr. Sweetnam has 20 years of experi-
ence in the fields of project cost ac-
counting, financial management, and
accounting system design. Throughout
his career as a principal accounting
and financial executive, he has devel-
oped a diverse knowledge of the gov-
ernment contracting industry. Mr.
Sweetnam possesses expert negotia-
tion skills with DCAA as well as a com-
plete understanding of FAR and DCAA
requirements. Along with a strong fi-
nancial network and government ac-
counting knowledge, Mr. Sweetnam
provides multi faceted expertise to
growing contractors.
