Direct report to the Vice President of Finance and Administration for an $8 million manufacturer of computer
software for mainframe operating systems. Supervised contracts administration, billing and telemarketing for
software maintenance contracts for a client base of 700. Provided monthly reports, revenue projections, and
forecasts to the President and Executive committee. Facilitated contract administration of software maintenance
contracts for products acquired by mergers and acquisitions, maintaining 90% of original client base after
merger/acquisition completions. Managed and negotiated software maintenance proposals, and quotations in
response to RFP's and RFQ's for government and private sector. Hired and trained employees for telemarketing
projects and maintenance contracts. Developed, designed, and implemented a $25,000 automated contract
tracking and billing system for software maintenance contracts resulting in annual department labor savings of
more than 500 hours. Created and maintained monthly and annual reports for customized relational database.
