This project is about ”Gjestebud”, and in more general terms
about how local democracy can be facilitated. Gjestebud is
a method for involving citizens in to municipal processes.
The reason it exists is party due to the fact that involving
citizens in processes is mandatory by law, but also partly
due to Svelvik Kommune innovating, and finding a method
that fit their process well. The basic concept of gjestebud is
that the municipality finds an area where they would like
to involve its citizens, send out a short brief for the topic or
issue to people it thinks have important feedback to give, and
get them to invite their friends to discuss the issue. It can be
summarized like this:
”Gjestebud is about citizens
inviting friends to their home
and discussing issues from the
municipality.”
The task of this project is to look in to this process, and look
at how it is screwed together with the aim of designing some
intervention or concept connected to this process. Since this
is a design project, design methods and design thinking will
be used as the main tools for investigating the system.
This digital platform is meant to be used as a “tool” to discover titles in the NRK television archives you didn’t knew you wanted to see – or at all existed. It aims to bring forward television material all the way back from 1960 until today. How do you browse through 55 years of material, which consists of about 20 000 titles, in an understandable and effective way? Also, it should be noted that there are certainly different ways of going about this – however, the way I’ve gone about it is based on me aiming on the user that’s interested in exploring the archive, and not necessarily is dead set on finding a specific title. Hence, the digital platform is a result of need focus.The overarching idea is that you browse through the content, year by year, and on the first level you’re presented to highlights of the each category in the year you’re situated in. Each category is represented by one “panel”. The size of the panel is based on the amount of content of that genre in that year. his makes it easy to scan and get a feeling of the different sizes. Systems Oriented Design
What is healthcare in the future? Design itself is an important power to make the healthcare system change a lot.
This project is aimed at exploring the future healthcare service in system thinking to make a holistic process and assumption of future system. Cardiovascular patients is a biggest group in the world. I hope working with this group can bring a lot of inspiration for other healthcare issue. In this project, I use strategy design, service design and interaction design method to create a hotlist service for cardiovascular patients out of the hospital. Nowadays a lot of people are suffering from longterm diseases and having high risk of cardiovascular. The food is a good way to address this problem. The meaning of the food and medicine are changing. The longterm medicine cause a mental problem at the beginning. The industry of medicine are struggling with their development, The goal of this project is to discuss the touchpoint food and medicine to address all the problems here, using system design methodology.

They help to find out about the best CEP places and also time. It should be considered that adding activities and putting them in pace might change the flow and it might need a revision in flow maps after all.
Vehicle flow and media flow has not seen in these maps that shlould be added to. It might bring some changes.
All these maps show one flow. It is good to make the maps for other days as way.
In case of need of adding a new magnet we have complete control of network and we know where and how.
There are places that are not in active flow but they are important to be in active one i.e. Maihaugen. Furtheremore it is important to analysis the passive flow too.
FLOW MAPS: we need a magnet here in the morning to attract athletes to the main entrance.
If there are roles for accreditation and zoning which cause disconnection and stress and difficulties, then maybe design should bring a solution to that. A meeting point should exist that every body feels free to meet the others there. Håkon hall situation.
