1. Lights are a form of
energy.

2.  Light rays travels in straight line.
 The light rays travel away from the light
source.
 White light rays goes trough the prism
and got seperated causing different
colors of light to come out.

3.  Luminous objects are objects that can
give out light by itself
 Example: sun, fire, star
 Moon is not a light source

4.  Light goes trough the periscope and got
reflected to your eyes by mirrors placed
in a fixed angle allowing you to see the
object on higher or lower ground

5.  Shadow are created when light rays are
blocked by an item. Usually opaque
items.
 Translucent items also created shadow
but less darker then the one made by
opaque stuff.
 The closer an object is to the light source
the bigger the shadow

6.  The moon reflects the sun light, like a cat eye
reflecting the cars light at night.
 If a light wave of a given frequency strikes a
material with electrons having the same vibration
frequencies, then those electrons will absorb the
energy of the light wave and transform it into
vibration motion.

7.  A rainbow, forms when the Sun shines on
droplets of water. It usually takes the
form of a single arc. Rainbows caused by
sunlight always appear in the section of
sky directly opposite the sun.

8.  Smooth surface is nice to touch.
 Rough surface is not nice to touch.

through in one direction or angle, but a
rough surface would make the different
rays of light come out at different angles
making the different colors more easily
visible.
