2. INTRODUCTION
Every place needs lighting since it affects both the aesthetics and
functionality of the space. We will carefully examine the current
lighting systems throughout this audit with the aim of enhancing
illumination, energy efficiency, and the overall user experience. Our
lighting audit will offer crucial insights and ideas to assist us realize
our goals, whether you want to increase office productivity, foster an
inviting ambiance in a retail setting, or save money on energy.
3. Lighting audit objectives
1. Determine the condition, age, and performance of the current lighting infrastructure
by inspecting its fixtures and bulbs.
2. Determine the potential cost savings from reduced energy use, maintenance costs,
and replacement costs as a result of lighting changes.
3. Increase lighting aesthetics, reduce glare, and create a comfortable environment to
enhance tenants' or customers' overall experience.
4. Give a thorough cost-benefit analysis that details the required initial investment as
well as the (ROI) over time.
5. Have recommendations and conclusion.
