High key-
Reduces the amount of contrast, it’s a strong
light, it creates an airbrushed effect, it gets rid
of the contrast/ imperfections.

Back Light- it creates a silhouette, the light
behind the object.

Artificial Light- Manually by people, it’s the
total opposite of a natural light.

Natural Light- directly from the sun, not made
from lamps or manual lights.

object, making the light not as strong. It creates
a shadow of the object.
