I'm Rita Cervetto and I created this presentation to talk at SheSays Manchester in November 2015 about how I have been approaching culture (and life) recently.
I used to live in the advertising "egg". For 7 years I learnt to love stress and pressure while the quality of my work and behaviors at work deteriorated. A lot of change has happened since then.
Today I believe that everyone should be more aware of what values you live by and design a culture around them with other people.
In this presentation I share how I chose to stop accepting what was wrong for me. My objective is to get people thinking about the cultures you live in and if there is anything that feels wrong, I invite you to break the egg and hatch.
