Self-discovery is simply finding or uncovering your own individuality in order to fulfil God’s purpose for your life.
As every electronic gadget is created to meet a specific need, so likewise is every human on the surface of the earth. God has created us to fill a particular spot, to dominate it with something he has deposited in us.
That is why this e-book is packaged to take you briefly on a journey of self-discovery, and I believe that by the time you will be concluding this journey, you will have an understanding God’s original plan for you, who you are and why you are created. You will begin to manifest excellence in your life.

In fact, a truthful answer about what you HOPE to be doing can easily sabotage your odds of landing a job offer.

Developing Top Performers: How to Grow Your Own, UACPA Winter Conference 2016Dan Griffiths
The fierce competition for talent has led many managers and leaders to shift from "finding the right talent" to "growing the right talent." Just like waiting for that pumpkin in your garden to turn orange in time for Halloween, it can take patience. However, in today's talent-scarce environment and for other reasons we will discuss, it might be the best option we have. In this session we'll discuss some of the latest research and thinking on what drives human performance and then apply it to the challenge of how to accelerate the development of every member of your team.

Women in Tech: How to Build A Human CompanyLuminary Labs
We often think about design in terms of product or service strategy, but what about the design of companies? In the words of Phin Barnes of First Round Capital: “Entrepreneurs are the designers of companies. Great startup CEOs recognize very early that their job is not to build a product, but to build a company — defined by mission, values, and culture.”
Recently, organizations large and small have radically rethought company design by embracing employee-favorable policies such as establishing livable wages, developing creative equity plans, offering paid parental leave policies, and even pulling out of an entire state in protest of discrimination. In addition to sending a strong signal that people come first, these organizations are also making an economic argument to investors that employee-friendly policies pay dividends in reduced turnover and improved business outcome.
In this talk, Sara Holoubek, CEO of Luminary Labs, shares the forces behind this sea change as well as practical examples from companies featured in The Human Company Playbook, including Plated, Etsy, Pinterest, and General Assembly.

There is my original post, requirement and the rubric also in the attachment,
Dear Congressperson,
although I am not in the labor force,I have many friends are employed and unemployed. I think college students maintain a high unemployment rate. There are some reasons causing the structural unemployment. 1, We usually focus on basic knowledge and lack the learning of applied knowledge in school. However, with the reform and development of society, college students not only need proficient operating skills, but also other abilities, such as innovation ability, logical thinking ability, interpersonal communication ability, language expression ability, organization and coordination ability, and psychological endurance. 2. Many of us have too high aspirations and lack accurate positioning and career planning. Most college students choose to find jobs in their primary markets. The jobs offered by the secondary market usually do not meet their requirements.
I do not think the unemployment caused by Covid will get better soon because it already made big changes in their life no matter it is physical and mental.People need time to fit in ,and they might choose something new after the covid and have a different life pattern.
Discouraged worker exist all the time, it might affect other motivated workers, but I don't think we should worry woo much.Because people have different level of accepting things. The terrible thing is that workers don't know their core competitiveness. If they do, they can deeply analyze their core competitive advantages and position ,and then find the career direction. It can help recover from the pandemic.
W-shaped double dip recession with a short-lived recovery followed by a severe drop in activity in 2020 due to a second wave of containment measures. But is getting better in 2021
Peers- To have a quick economy recover, it must need the strong workforce, how can you motivate them and find a job?or how can we have more job opportunities?

Managing Difficult and Sticky Situations At WorkDrOnyekaUgoSam
We are all faced with challenges constantly in every area of our lives. Most people have a hard time accepting and dealing with these challenges that arise. The truth is that you will have to deal with difficult problems throughout your life, whether it is in your personal life or career.
Monetizing your gift could be defined as creating a cash flow from your gift, generating income from it or taking your gift from the amateur to the professional dimension.
3. What any human being
is in search for today is
not a good job, or
wealth, or a spouse,
nor a fame but
fulfilment; happiness.
Ecc.1, & 2.
4. Several thousands of
graduates are been
released into the real
world as it were; a world
where all economic
systems are failing
drastically, uncertainty is
6. The question we should
ask ourselves as
graduates should be,
“what should I do to be
exempted from these
decadence?”
Some of the facts in our
present world today:
7.
8. 1. Economic
downturn: money is
failing, investments are
crashing. It is not new!
Our patriarchs of faith
experienced and
thrived in it.
9. 2. Unemployment: Job
Recruiters say ‘It is difficult
to recruit good staffs.’
Captain of industry say
there are Jobs but we
cannot find experienced
and employable graduates.
Graduates say:
10. There are no jobs,
governments should create
jobs. Government say: It is
not the business of the
government to create jobs it
is the duty of private
enterprises. Pro-
Entrepreneurship says:
From
11. soil to oil now something is
boiling our oil tanks are getting
exhausted we need more think
tanks Look at our “graduates” &
see unemployment riding high
Look at our needs as a nation
& see the many opportunities
to create solutions.
ENTREPRENEURS are
wanted!
12. 3. Increased separation
and divorce statistics:
this is one of the most
abused institutions in our
uncertain world. And when
anything becomes
predominant in life it could
become a belief system.
13. 4. Leadership crisis: the
greatest challenge we
are faced with in our
nation is the challenge of
leadership. We must
understand that
everything rises and falls
on leadership.
16. 1. Supernatural
Proficiency: there is no
future anywhere but in God.
God is the first employer of
labour, empowers people for
inventions in manufacturing,
impresses visions & dreams
in peoples imagination etc.
17. 2. Upgrade your
passion to a financial
stream: follow your heart
and live your passion.
This will eliminate
confusion but get you
more precise about your
decisions.
18. 3. Device Strategic job
options: for instance, if I don’t
get a job in say 5-6 months
after graduation what are my
options? To set up a business?
Or do some menial jobs less
than my qualification? Travel
abroad for a post graduate
course? Etc.
19. 4. Review your resolutions
with changing economics:
carry out PEST analysis.
Coming out from college
with great ideas you had 1,
2 or 3 years ago, must be
reviewed if it would fit in with
present economic realities.
20. 5. Upgrade your degree:
we must understand that
education is not
synonymous to literacy.
Learn to give your degree
a boost; the competition
is on the high side.
21. 6. Work to learn and
not to earn: great minds
and dreamers don’t work
for money, they work to
learn and improve on
their character and
proficiencies.
22. 7. Make every moment
count: be a goal setter.
Stay with the right
people, read the right
books, attend the right
seminars, get the right
information, go the right
places etc.
23. 8. Be information-savvy:
we live in a fast growing
world. Therefore, position
yourself for the acquisition
of relevant information on:
career trends, CV writing,
job opportunities,
internships or placements,
