Rules &
Regulations
▸ Identity Card is must for entering inside to the library
▸ Each student is allowed to borrow 3+1 (4) books for a period of 15 days. Books
returned after 15 days will be charged a penalty of 1 rupee per day. Two renewals
will be allowed if there is no demand for the copy of the borrowed books
▸ It is mandatory to bring the library membership card to borrow books, magazines
and other library materials.
▸ Users should not make any kind of marks on the library books or any other
damage. If any damage is found, appropriate action will be taken.
▸ Library borrower cards are not transferable. The borrower is responsible for the
books borrowed on his/her card
▸ If you lose your library membership card, bring it to the librarian's attention
immediately. To get a copy of the library membership card, pay an additional 30
rupees to get a duplicate of the membership card. Librarians have full authority to
issue/not to issue books.
▸ Students must return the library membership card at the end of their final
semester or any students left the college in the middle of their course due to
unavoidable reasons should return the library membership card and obtain No-
Due Certificate (NOC) from the library.
