Speaker of the 33rd
Guam Legislature, Hon. Judith Won Pat, Ed.D who is also the Chairperson of the Committee of Higher
Education, Culture, Public Libraries, and Women’s Affairs is supporting the event.
The goal of the Congress is three-fold. First, it aims to establish linkages among the librarians from Guam and the Philippines.
Second, it provides an avenue for high-impact discussions, collaboration and exchange of ideas on current trends involving
libraries. Third, it is also an opportunity for a great travel adventure as the participants have time to do library visits and have a
tour in Guam.
Package Fee: ($1,300)- to be refunded only to a non-granting of a US Visa within the cut-off date of February 20, 2016
