Response to Intervention uses a three-tiered model with ongoing assessments to meet the individual needs of students. Lexia Reading is a program that uses phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension lessons with assessments built into the program to track student progress and provide reports without additional testing. It has shown positive reviews and results in helping students improve their reading skills.
