Jamie is a case manager based at Lewiston High School. Case
managers help children and families by connecting them to
needed services, monitoring the effectiveness of those services
and advocating for their clients’ needs.
Jamie can help your students find the supports they
need, including:
• Housing • Academic Support
• Counseling • Financial Resources
• Health Care • Health Insurance
She works with students to advocate for their needs so that they
can become more independent and achieve their goals.
Who should you refer to Jamie?
Jamie specializes in working with homeless and parenting
students. Students must have a mental health diagnosis and
MaineCare. If a student doesn’t have MaineCare, she can help
them apply.
