This document outlines three levels of support - high, medium, and low - for teachers in web-based courses. At the high level of support, teachers spend 19.5 hours per week on tasks like assigning units, creating study plans, holding webinars, moderating forums, and responding to emails. With medium support, teachers spend 5.5 hours per week on similar tasks but without written assignments or recordings. At the low support level, teachers spend 2.75 hours per week assigning units and creating study plans. The benefits decrease from developing all language skills at the high level to maintaining regular contact and increasing motivation at the low level.

• Low Level of Support
• The benefits of each model of support will be discussed.
• The support model is based on 100 students.
• Note: Tasks may be added or taken out based on the client’s
specific needs.

• Minimizes dropout rate: decrease dropout: researches show
that courses in pure self access suffer from high dropout rate
• Tutored-led courses lead to recurrent business
