Dear Madam,
I’m writing this letter to recommend Paul van Dijk, who has requested that I write a letter of
recommendation on his behalf. Paul and I have discussed his recent decision to pursue other opportunities
and I applaud his decision and desire to take his career to the next level. I have known Paul for 6 months
and he has worked for me at Euroccor during that period as a Customer Service Representative, working
on a project for a large utilities company in Belgium.
At Euroccor we continuously strive to stimulate employees to seek more than “just a job”. We are
stimulating them to make their mark in the company and fulfill their potential to the fullest. The off-
and nearshored business process outsourcing industry is, as you know, very competitive and new
employees come with high hopes but don’t survive because of the omnipotent pressure or they lack the
creativity, guts or discipline to make it work.
Luckily for Euroccor I saw that Paul possesses many of the necessary qualities to succeed in this tough
business and I saw him develop into a very good Customer Care Representative whose full potential still
remains untapped. Paul’s desire to stay at the top of his game continuously brings new energy to the
floor and to his job.
During the time we worked together he impressed me the most with his positive and can-do attitude
which gives him the strength and ability to constantly create new opportunities. Paul knows how to
transfer his energy to customers and colleagues thanks to his highly developed emotional intelligence
and calm nature. I’m sure that his will continue to amaze people with his abilities and strong work ethics.
Paul is still young to the industry but I’m confident that, with the proper guidance and training, he can
grow into a genuine leader and in the meantime be an asset to your operations in the BPO industry.
In summary, I highly recommend Paul for any position in the BPO industry, or any endeavour for that
matter, that he may seek to pursue as he will be a valuable asset for any organization.
