Commissioner Adler issued an order temporarily changing the placement of Drayden Wojahn from his mother Tiffany Brady to temporary placement after Brady completed a parenting course. However, the letter argues that Brady has proudly admitted to ongoing abuse of Drayden as documented in photos on Facebook of Drayden in distressed situations, and that Wisconsin law requires protecting children from mental harm. The letter requests that permanent custody be transferred to Drayden's father and at most supervised visits for Brady until extensive counseling given Drayden's right to a nurturing childhood free from abuse.

Commissioner Adler:
On March 6, 2012 you issued an Order of Change of Placement, in the above referenced case for minor child Drayden
Wojahn. During the course of the hearing, you emphatically stated that this change of placement would only be
temporary and after the mother, Tiffany Brady Sirek, completed a parenting course that Drayden would be returned to
her care.
As a parent and advocate for all children, I respectfully as that you reconsider your position on this matter. Tiffany
Brady has not only voluntarily admitted to ongoing abuse of Drayden, but has done so proudly. Ms. Brady did not show
contrition while relating her abuse of Drayden, but pride. Any parent that can be proud of the abuse they have
perpetuated against a three year old child, needs far more than a simple parenting class.
Ms. Brady’s abuse of Drayden was documented on her own Facebook site through pictures that she proudly displayed:
Drayden sleeping crumpled over on the floor; Drayden sleeping upside down in a chair wearing clothes that are far too
small; Drayden in bed with strangers; Drayden dressed, by Ms. Brady, in a dress, pigtail and with full make up on; and,
Drayden with his mouth duct taped closed on two separate occasions. When her own friends spoke up on Facebook
about Ms. Brady cross-dressing Drayden, Ms. Brady’s response was “for those that check out my new pictures, don’t
judge…he wanted it and he loved it.” It is clear from these pictures that Drayden was confused and frightened, and not
in the least enjoying himself.
Per the Wisconsin State Statutes, 948.04 paragraph 2, “A person responsible for the child's welfare is guilty of a Class F
felony if that person has knowledge that another person has caused, is causing or will cause mental harm to that child, is
physically and emotionally capable of taking action which will prevent the harm, fails to take that action and the failure
to act exposes the child to an unreasonable risk of mental harm by the other person or facilitates the mental harm to
the child that is caused by the other person.” While certainly, as a representative of the court you would not be held
criminally for ignoring this child’s distress, it does not decrease your personal, professional and moral obligation to
protect this child from further harm.
I respectfully request that you advocate for Drayden, and transfer permanent custody to his father, Jason Wojahn, and,
at most, provide Tiffany Brady Sirek, at most, only supervised visitation until she completes a rigorous course of
parenting classes and psychological counseling. Drayden has the absolute right to a carefree, nurturing childhood that is
free of the mental, emotional and physical abuse he has suffered at the hands of his mother. As an officer of the court, I
fully believe that it is your obligation to provide that to him.
