This letter provides a reference for Bob Vogel who worked as a Corporate Accounts and Regional Sales Manager at Terex for 18 months. During his time at Terex, Bob performed various roles with increased responsibility in sales, distributor development, and customer service. He was a dedicated worker who consistently met or exceeded expectations. Bob lost his position at Terex due to company restructuring and staff reductions, not due to his own performance. The author highly recommends Bob for other employment based on his excellent work.

LETTER OF REFERENCE
To Whom It May Concern:
This is a letter of reference for Bob Vogel. Bob has worked at Terex as a Corporate
Accounts and Regional Sales Manager for the last 18 months. During this time, Bob has been
requested to perform or manage a variety of roles of increased responsibility in sales, distributor
development and customer service (after sales support organization). Bob is a dedicated worker,
performs work according to specifications and excelled in each role he was asked to perform,
was attentive to detail and took responsibility for insuring work was neat, accurate and met
customer and Terex expectations. Bob possesses the ability and aptitude to perform a variety of
sales and customer service management and administrative responsibilities proficiently.
Bob lost his position at Terex through no fault of his own. The company eliminated a
significant number of equipment models produced in the Oklahoma City facility which resulted
in reduced staffing, restructuring in all functional areas and reduced hours throughout the
company. Bob has been an excellent employee for Terex and I would highly recommend him
for employment with your firm in any capacity for which he feels qualified to perform.
Sincerely,
Larry Meyer
