Praveen Kumar worked for us under my supervision, for the past three years, as a Project Planner & Scheduler on the
SADARA High Pressure Low Density Polyethylene (HP-LDPE) Project for the owner Project Management Team based at
the work site in Al-Jubail Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His responsibilities included monitoring EPC Contractor Master
Project Schedule (CMPS), Project Management Status Tracking, verifying Contractor’s Monthly Progress & Payment,
preparing & reporting weekly quantity and performance reports, weekly statistics and progress curves, Key Performance
Indices (KPIs), weekly construction highlights, coordinating equipment and material deliveries against the installations,
attending daily and weekly meetings with Contractor, Sub-contractors, and Suppliers as well as the project Team, in
addition to working directly under Construction Manager conducting many other pertinent tasks at the site.
Throughout his assignment, Praveen proved to be proactive, hard-working, and punctual with a pleasant personality. I
was particularly impressed with Praveen’s ability to perform efficient detail analysis of issues at hand and approached
his work in a diligent manner being committed to carrying out each and every task in a quality way ensuring compliance
