RE: Letter of reference for Hennie Reed:
I have worked with Hennie since about 2007 where he reported to me in the capacity of
Project Manager on Cellular Mast Construction in Africa. In this position absolute honesty and
self-driven achievement of objectives are imperative characteristics and in both cases Hennie
met or surpassed these requirements.
In more recent times he was working as a construction manager on Transmission line
projects.
He is technically strong in a diverse field and although specialising in Civil/Structural
Construction activities in recent years has sufficient knowledge on other technical subject to
enable him to make meaningful decisions when facing challenges. He is quick to learn and
eager to do so.
He excels as a leader of people on site and bases his expectations from his team on his own
performance. He sets an excellent example in time keeping, attention to detail, day to day
planning and delegation.
His best characteristics is absolute loyalty and the refusal to give up in the face of adversity.
I would re-employ Hennie without hesitation if I ever have the chance to do so.
