To Whom It May Concern,
As an IT manager at DMS (Data Management System), I had the pleasure to work with Mr. Hussam M.
Reda during the period 2007 - 2008. During these years I have observed him on various IT issues as he
was going from the role of Help Desk Team Leader for 10 peoples worked under him to the role of
Outsource Projects Manager dealing with a many outsourcing resources.
On professional basis Mr. Reda has great capabilities of dealing with many technical issues in work with
an open eyes and mind to how these problems will affect the business and work fast and accurate to
solve them in time which made him gain the capability of being able to work 24/7 and under very high
pressure with marvelous accuracy.
Although working in a software house like DMS with a lot of projects inside and outside the country has
affected him greatly in a way that he was able to support and consult all the employees in the company
besides supporting a lot of customers by giving them consultation and technical advices.
I was very impressed with Mr. Reda's skillset, troubleshooting skills and his great desire to move forward
with his career and with a highly motivation to upgrade and develop himself and the whole team
working with him. His strong communication skills were well noticed during all the projects we went
through together.
