I have worked with Tracie Lightfoot over the past year in “on-boarding” very complex customers to the
Provista/Novation Pharmacy Program. Tracie has a thorough command of the implementation/on-
boarding process for Pharmacy at Provista. She shows initiative in pre-planning customized timelines,
task lists and implementation packets for the individual needs of these pharmacy customers. Her
follow-through during implementation, communication with vendor representatives, and forging
relationships both at the customer’s site and with the appropriate distributor personnel has contributed
greatly to the smoothness of these implementations. I have been especially impressed with her
thorough and persistent follow-up with vendor denials and/or acknowledgement responses and in
resolutionof charge-backdenials.
Additionally, I have participated in on-site customer visits with Tracie and in post-implementation
business reviews. She has prepared pertinent and insightful reports for said meetings and her
communication style in interactions with the customer allows her to effectively present the information
ina clearand assimilable manner.
Tracie is an extremely conscientious and effective worker. She shows self-directed initiative, a strong
knowledge of what needs to be done in order to effectively and efficiently support the customer, and a
thoroughgrasp of the Provistapharmacyportfolio.
Finally, Tracie’s cheerful personality and warm disposition make her a pleasure to work with. She will be
an assetto any organizationfortunate enoughtoavail itselfof hermanytalents.
