Re: Letter of Recommendation – Douglas MacKay
To Whom It May Concern:
Having been part of the healthcare field for so long, I rarely encounter employees for
whom I would consider writing a letter of recommendation.
Douglas MacKay was assisting me in the Quality/Performance Improvement
Department this past summer and appreciated his hard work. I was very impressed with
his overall work ethic and more specifically, his personality.
Douglas assisted me with improving the patient experience here at the hospital by
surveying & rounding on all patients by listening & addressing patient concerns,
observing & assisting me with meeting preparation, being involved with hospital-wide
projects to improve patient safety and reduce medical errors.
Douglas should be commended for the dedication he imposes upon his work and this
hospital. We are very fortunate in having him part of our team this summer.
