Bottle of specified power steering fluid, Funnel, Gloves, Safety
glasses/goggles, Towel to clean up any spills, Vehicle owner's manual,
White cloth or paper towel

Motivation:
How can you maintain the power steering system? What to check?
Presentation:
Present the objectives of the lesson.
B. ACTIVITY PROPER
Group Activity: “CHECK THIS OUT!’’
Mechanics: Instruct each group (previously organize with given
assignments) to select any form of a creative presentation of the
information they have gathered in their assignment on how to
accurately and safely check the power steering fluid of a vehicle.
Agree with the students on the RUBRICS to be used in the
presentation.
Give 20 minutes for the group to prepare.
Presentation of group output after time allotment.

2) What are the uniqueness found on the ideas of each

accuracy of contents reliable? What are the respective sources
of this information?
4) How do the safety measures are emphasize in any of the
presentation?
Abstraction/ Generalization:
Present slides and video clips to the class depicting the correct
procedure on checking power steering fluid.
Ask students randomly to restate in their own words the safety
procedures in checking power steering fluid.
Application:

1) How do know that you are following the procedures in
