I’m a business development manager for a telecom company where I transform
enterprise productivity with the Cloud. When I’m not disrupting the business as usual,

My advice for a designer helping a client turn a
personal idea into a viable business is to show him
the full motion picture of all the possibilities.
My advice for business owner (established or start-
up) looking to develop a viable business is to focus
on three key relevances: time, people, and
taste.
The top 3 trends I see in the role of design and
technology in helping businesses reach the next
milestone might sound contradicting, but they are:
Design Autonomy - Business owners will be less and
less reliant on graphic artists for crafting their brand.
Inclusive Design - Business owners will go beyond
their target market and customise their products and
services to a granular degree to accommodate the
needs of those outside of their niche.
Customer Experience - This is a timeless concept, but
the most dynamic in terms of impact. Business
owners shouldn’t be afraid of experimenting new
media channels to entertain their customers who are
always seeking something new and fresh.
