De kern van je brief bestaat uit twee onderdelen:
• Feitenrelaas
• Argumentatie

• Volledig: alle feiten die je nodig hebt voor je
betoog
• Neutraal verteld, geen oordelen en
persoonlijke observaties
• Logisch/chronologisch
• Geen overbodige feiten
