Get involved and gain experience in planning,
executing, and managing events!
12. How to Sign-Up For Events
• Go to the Sign-Up Tables after the meeting
and sign up on the form
• Email us or the chairs after the meeting
13. Volunteering Etiquette
• If you are unable to attend an event that you
have signed up for, please tell the chairs or email
byrnecreekleoclub@gmail.com at least 48 hours
before the start of the event. You are also
expected to find a replacement. Failure to do so
may result in a strike.
• 3 strikes system– strikes are a result of unexcused
absences, unacceptable behaviour, etc. If 3 strikes
are logged, disciplinary action will be taken,
which may include expulsion from LEO Club.
14. Volunteering Etiquette Continued
During an event, please…
• Sign-in and Sign-out with the event chairs!
• Follow instructions given by event chairs
• Please behave properly – you are representing
Leo Club
Active members are expected to attend at least
2 events per month, on average
15. Dress Code
• The default dress code, unless otherwise
specified, is the Blue Leo Club T-Shirt.
• If you do not have a T-Shirt, please purchase
one from B102 for $10
• Service hours cannot be provided if you do
not follow an event’s dress code..
No shirt = no hours!
