4. Why Learn About This? To educate the public of the continued injustice women face in college and the workplace. To let the world know it is up to us to change it.

5. Why Education Is Important College graduates can earn nearly double the wages of high school graduates and GED recipients (World Education 2011). "Study after study has taught us that there is no tool more effective for development than the empowerment of women” -- UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan (World Education 2011). It gives hope for a mentally and financially better future.

7. Opposing Ideas? Examples of What Women Face When Desiring an Education: Ladies Against Feminism (LAF) say college is WRONG for Christian women. Crosswalk.com says college is RIGHT for Christian women.

9. On The Contrary Adecco Group ’s American Workplace Insights Survey discovered that more than three quarters of women are working because they have to, not because they want to (Well Woman Blog 2011).

10. The Struggle at Work If Women DO Work: Women are not taken seriously due to physical appearance (Sabedra 2011). The Gender Issue: “Qualified women aren’t really taken as seriously as their male colleagues.” –– Alice Adams, former Director of Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Maine Farmington (Harrin 2010).

Despite their struggles: ** Since 1920 , women enrollment increased from 7.6% (Early College Women) to 43% in 2005 (Mathers and Dia 2011)** Make it mean something! Make the workplace an equal and fair environment for men and women!
