Decades ago, Peter Drucker was invited to address the senior management team at General Motors, he asked them a simple, but penetrating question: “Why should I buy a GM car?”
Many senior executives attempted to answer that simple question but, nobody was able to give a convincing answer! The senior managers at General Motors had unlearnt the art of winning customers by not being able to answer the simple question - “Why should I buy a GM car?” But they kept introducing more and more new models which less and less customers bought. And that was the prelude to GM’s decline and bankruptcy.
That question still resonates for every business including Indian Pharma. I wonder how many field sales people - Medical Reps and their managers can answer the question - Why Should the Doctor Rx Your Product? Having a clear answer to that question is the key to winning customers - be they doctors, chemists, distributors or hospitals.
As companies grow larger, hierarchies are created and sales processes like CRM/SFA evolve and become embedded. In the absence of a dynamic top leadership, hierarchy and processes become rigid and difficult to change even though rapidly changing market dynamics demand that they do. Bureaucracy slows down customer-centric decision making and inaction becomes part of the organisation's culture. The emphasis shifts from developing employees and winning customers to launching products and hitting numbers.
Peter Drucker rarely blamed individuals; he saw root causes in the design of organizations—in their structures, processes, norms, and routines. He would ask leaders a few provocative questions: “What is your mission? What should you stop doing? Where has the drive for short-term efficiencies undermined long-term effectiveness? What should be your objectives and guiding principles?”

интерактивных учебно-методических
пособий по разным предметам. Здесь есть
где развернуться и творческим учителям, и
талантливым ученикам.
• На сервисе http://learningapps.org/ есть
возможность создать пазл, на частях
которого располагаются ответы на
поставленные вами вопросы.
3. Шаг 1. Зарегистрируйтесь на сервисе, выбрав
бесплатный вариант. Для этого нажмите на
кнопку Подать заявку (Login).
6. Шаг 4. Для возможности создания
интерактивного задания выберите
Создать упражнение (Create App).
7. Шаг 5. Здесь Вы найдете ряд приложений,
которые Вы можете наполнить своим
содержанием. Выберите приложение.
8. Можно для примера посмотреть существующие
варианты, а можно сразу приступить к созданию своего
нажав на Создать приложение (Сreate App.)
9. Пазлы для составления
• В одном пазле должны быть назначены
различные группы понятий. Каждый
найденный термин показывает часть
основного изображения или видео.
10. Папка Challenge
• В этой игре на 2 или 4 игрока нужно
привести в порядок термины или
понятия. Вопросы для игры нужно
смормулировать самому.
11. Порядок
• С помощью этого шаблона вы можете
расположить в правильном порядке
тексты, видео, картинки и аудио.
13. Сортировка картинок
• С помощью этого шаблона вы можете
создать пары: тексты, изображения,
аудио или видео Они выделяются на
изображении.
14. Сортировка по группам
• Этот шаблон поможет создать от 2 до 4
групп, которые затем должны быть
соотнесены к элементам.
15. Оцените
• В этой игре могут принять участие от 2
до 4 игроков и они должны ответить
цифрами.
16. Найти пару
• С помощью этого шаблона нужно найти
пару, текст или картинка, видео или
аудио.
17. Назначение на карте
• С помощью этого шаблона, тексты,
изображения, аудио или видео
определенные места выделяются на
карте флажками.
18. Лента времени -Настройка
• С помощью данного шаблона вы
можете настроить шкалу времени, на
которой расположится ваши
информация в виде текста, картинки
или видео или аудио.
23. Шаг 6. Введите заголовок, задание. Подложкой вашего
пазла может быть картинка или видео. Загрузите со
своего ПК или укажите адрес в Интернете.

Установить и показать в предварительном
просмотре.

Сохранить приложение

27. Для выполнения задания нужно правильно ответить на
вопросы, после чего откроется картинка. Для просмотра
задания необходимо нажать на кнопку "полноэкранный
режим" (располагается в правом верхнем углу).
