This document summarizes the findings of a survey about Learning 2.0 programs conducted at 62 libraries. The key findings are: 1) Over 96% of the programs surveyed were open to all library employees regardless of job status or class. 2) Participation and completion rates varied, but most libraries saw over 50% participation. 3) Administrative support was a defining factor in success, with over 57% reporting extremely supportive involvement from management. 4) Perceived benefits included increased skills with social media tools, confidence as learners, improved teamwork, and enhanced customer services. Most libraries said they would do such a program again.
