- Clever advertising is key, communication must be strong, consistent and constant Define drivers Talk to the business about what they need. Discover what the gap is costing (pain) Give them a solution that will bridge the gap for the users and support business Choose the right tool, but be aware that one size doesn’t fit all, innovate, mix and match Talk to them in a language they can relate to, performance, productivity, results (Business) It must be seen as the thing to do, as second nature and be accepted as the norm Generating the buzz in the organisation requires commitment and hard work but once underway it will begin to sustain itself and embed in the fabric of the organisation Content must connect with the audience to be effective and create interest amongst the target group. (difficult with dry subjects) Use scenario's that are relative to the target audience. Bring in real world examples Use the tools at our disposal
