Deliver a business improvement project saving your
business in excess of £10,000 p.a.

Understand and implement the PDCA improvement
methodologies

Utilise Lean tools that identify and eliminate the Waste in
the processes within your business

Support Lean Leaders in the development of a
Continuous Improvement process engaging the whole
organisation

Leader
On completion of the Lean Leader
training (5 days) the candidate will be
able to:

Deliver a business improvement project saving your business
in excess of £25,000 p.a.

Understand and implement the PDCA improvement
methodology

Utilise Lean tools that identify and eliminate the Waste in
processes within your business, enabling them to flow at the
pace of customer demand

Introduce improvements that lower the cost of production by
reducing the Non-Value Added Activities within Processes

Establish and Lead a robust Continuous Improvement process
engaging the whole organisation

8. Lean Sigma
Green Belt
On completion of the Green Belt
training (5 or 10 days) the candidate
will be able to:

Deliver a business improvement project saving your business in
excess of £25,000 p.a.

Understand and implement the DMAIC improvement methodology

Utilise Lean Sigma tools that identify and eliminate the Waste in
processes within the business, enabling them to flow at the pace
of customer demand

Introduce improvements that reduce variation in processes
allowing them to produce reliable, constantly improving outputs

Support the Development of a robust Continuous Improvement
process engaging the whole organisation

9. Lean Sigma
Black Belt
On completion of the Black Belt training
(10 or 20 days) the candidate will be
able to:

Deliver a business improvement project saving your business in
excess of £100,000 p.a.

Understand and implement the DMAIC improvement methodology

Utilise Lean Sigma tools that identify and eliminate the Waste in
processes within the business, enabling them to flow at the pace
of customer demand

Introduce improvements that reduce variation in processes
allowing them to produce reliable, constantly improving outputs

Develop a robust Continuous Improvement process engaging the

11. Certification
All the 5+ day courses can be certified, demonstrating that
the candidate has reached a recognised level of
understanding and achievement in their training
In order to be certified the candidate must:

Complete all the required training

Successfully complete and write-up a project delivering the
expected level of savings

Complete a Skills Assessment to confirm their level of
understanding of the tools and techniques
Support and assistance will be given to those
choosing the certification route through coaching and
mentoring support
