Kondratieff Wave
A long-term cycle presents in
capitalist economies that
represents long-term, high-
growth and low-growth
economic periods.
Kondratieff believed that these
long cycles were a feature of
the economic activity of
capitalist nations, and that
they involves periods of
evolution and self-correction.

 How the company supports the balance between work
and leisure

shared value becomes a norm how companies
strategies
 Employees must be shown how they can use
and develop their skills comprehensively within
the organization

Summary
The emerging sixth Kondratieff wave requires
that leaders are ready to open up for reality. In
their behaviour, they should be direct,
transparent, and empowering.

Kondratieff believed that these long cycles were a feature of the economic activity of capitalist nations, and that they involves periods of evolution and self-correction.
