Recognizing Leadership Initiatives of Dalton State College Students During the 2010-11 Academic Year

Only the information submitted in this Student Leadership Awards Packet and letters of support for
Text other organizations, will be used in consideration of leadership recognitions and awards to be
presented at the annual Student Leadership Banquet on Friday, April 15, 2011.
Text Application Packet Checklists
All packets for individual students or staff must:
Include awards application.
Text Be completed and returned by 5 pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, to the Division of Student
Activities Office in Pope Student Center Upper Level, room 107.
All student organization packets must:
Include a CD or scrapbook with photos (10 minimum/50 maximum) showing activities, events,
members, and programs hosted/participated in by your organization.
Include awards application.
Contain recommendation letters from individuals who support organization objectives.
Be completed and returned by 5 pm on Tuesday, March 15, 2011, to the Division of Student
Text Activities Office in Pope Student Center Upper Level, room 107.
