LEAD is a leadership development program that aims to learn, engage, activate, and deliver leadership skills through its four pillars. It seeks to give AIESEC's team leader program a competitive advantage, build the organization's leadership pipeline, improve the quality of leadership experiences, empower leaders, and develop entrepreneurial and responsible leaders who can create positive change. LEAD will continue into 2015 and focuses on developing leaders through weekly sessions on relationships with oneself, others, and the world.
