This document proposes building new satellite cities of 50,000-100,000 people that are close to major metro areas but not commutable daily. These satellite cities would be designed for creative professionals and focus on co-living without ownership or cars, and include co-working spaces, art/music studios, and event spaces. The plan is to first test the concept by moving 500 people to an existing campground to validate the community model and financial feasibility before establishing a founding team to develop a full satellite city.
