Drugs are a difficult problem to combat in many schools. Young people are easily convinced by drug dealers as targets. Drugs have had a major influence in schools for a long time due to issues at the national and international level. Dealers see young people as easy to convince to experiment with drugs and potentially become addicted. This can lead young people to be discriminated against. The spread of drugs is also facilitated by a lack of parental supervision of children and their friendships as well as insufficient security in schools. For the author, drugs will always be a major problem and source of suffering for parents since their children could become victims targeted by dealers.
