1st land acquisition bill was introduced in 1984
The right to fell compensation and transparency in land acquisition &
resettlement act
The sole purpose of this bill was to acquire land from the common person &
then use it for development purpose
But as this act was of yester years & the quantum of compensation was less
So there was need of a fresh act that would rule out all the deficiencies.

If this ordinance will pass all the people get justice
