Company Background Landmark Recruiting, LLC was founded to provide progressive companies with top notch recruiting support, research alternatives, and talent acquisition consulting. Our firm is focused on providing support to high growth companies. This allows hiring managers to focus on their role in a rapidly changing marketplace while Landmark searches for the right fit for their openings. Transitioning to a global economy makes it more and more important for companies to hire the “right person” rather than just adding headcount to meet their goals. As such, Landmark has the capability of tracking vital statistics that will aid in judging the performance of its placements, and the performance of Landmark itself. Some of these metrics include time-to-fill, retention, candidate source, productivity level, etc. Paying close attention to these vital statistics gives organizations greater probability of making a successful hire.
