The CREDNET project aims to establish a common framework for validating entrepreneurial and managerial skills acquired through non-formal learning. [1] The project involves partners from several European countries and seeks to develop a certification methodology and criteria. [2] This will help companies more easily recognize skills and qualifications, and allow managers to demonstrate competencies gained on the job. [3] The project runs from 2011-2014 and is funded by the EU's Lifelong Learning Programme.
A successful action plan is a map to attain the desired goal. It is a life enhancement tool. Before carrying out any major work, an action plan is a must. This course will give the students the life-changing lessons of how to create an appropriate action plan in an important step of their life.
