2. VJ Acceleration Program is the entrepreneurial acceleration program
promoted by Vertis and JCube, thanks to the support of the PACiNNO
project - Platform for trans-Academic Cooperation and Innovation -
coordinated by the University of Trieste and co-funded by the Euro-
pean Union.
VJ Acceleration Program is born from the experience of Vertis SGR
and JCube, specialized actors involved in the world of business
creation, incubation and venture capital. Its goal is to train, assist
and develop startups from all countries of the Adriatic area. The best
projects will be given the opportunity to take part in the Investors
Conference of PACiNNO project taking place in Corfù.
The VJ Acceleration Program includes
10 training days, divided into two
residential weeks at JCube. The selected
projects will be also supported by
specialist mentors, from companies and
groups of business angels. In addition to
the mentors, each project will be assisted
by a student of the International MBA of
MIB School of Management of Trieste,
who will help the proponents in the
preparation of business plans and
investor presentations.
Lectures and mentoring will be held in
English.
At the end of the program, the best
startups will be selected to participate in
the Demo Day, having the opportunity to
show their project to a wide audience and
pitch it to a panel of investors.
Application deadline: June 30th 2015. More info on www.jcube.org
