It notes that while southern cities in both countries are growing steadily, many northern municipalities have seen population declines of 20-30% since the 1980s as industries declined and young people moved south for work and education. Two Swedish municipalities, Övertorneå and Pajala, and the Norwegian county of Finnmark are highlighted as areas particularly impacted by shrinkage. Extended government support is discussed as one way Scandinavian countries are trying to mitigate the effects of depopulation in remote northern regions.

Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs

elektro i metalna), građevinarstva i usluga.
Opština investitorima pruža povoljnosti pri investiranju i dobijanju svih dozvola i dokumenata, što olakšava ulaganje i početak
poslovanja.
objekata i mogućnosti plaćanja obaveza u ratama.
4. ■■WOOD PROCESSING
The wood processing industry has a special strategic importance for both the Republika Srpska and the municipality of Laktaši.
Tradition in wood processing is over 150 years old. As a raw material, the wood industry uses domestic natural resources, which
are renewable.
In the area of the municipality of Laktaši, in the vegetation sense, two clearly differentiated zones of forest vegetation are distin-
guished: the zone of lowland forests (forests of oak, ash, willow, poplar, and aider) and the zone of mountain forest (beech forests,
oak wood). The average stock in the forests of Laktaši is 144 m³, which is significantly less than the average stock in Srpska. A
part of the state-owned forest is managed by the Public Enterprise for Forestry "Šume Republike Srpske" a.d. Sokolac, through
the Forest Farm "Banja Luka", which includes the Forest Administration Laktaši. Regarding the structure of state-owned forests,
high woods with natural regeneration participate with 65%, forest cultures with 11%, offshore forests 20% and areas available
of afforestation 4%.
In the territory of the municipality of Laktaši there are significant seedling capacities, both in the plantation "Industrijske plantaže"
in Mahovljani, as well as horticultural seedlings in nurseries "Iris" in Boškovići and "Tamaris" in Mrčevci.
Wood industry mainly consists of primary wood processing capacities, with smaller capacities, which leads to fragmentation of
raw materials supply.
Development opportunities are foreign investments because the application of new technological developments in
the furniture production would significantly increase the participation of this branch of industry in the new added
value.
5. ■■PRERADA DRVETA
šuma (šume hrasta, jasena, vrbe, topole, johe) i zona brdskih šuma (šume bukve, hrasta kitnjaka).
preduzeće šumarstva "Šume Republike Srpske" a.d.

■■ VISION AND MISSION
The main mission of the company is to maintain the existing level of business with the same number of employees.
■■ DEVELOPMENT GOALS
Although the demand for enterprise products is currently higher than the available capacity, the limiting factor for growth is the
lack of raw materials. However, in the following period, the company plans to expand production by buying one small sawmill in
Jakupovci. It is also planned to introduce the production of pellets from residues from wood processing.
Đurić-com bases its foreign trade business on the seller-buyer system. Ninety per cent of the cooperation with
foreign customers is actualised in Italy, and the rest of 10% in Spain.
The company is currently satisfied with its position on the foreign market and has no need for expansion to new

Jakupovcima.
