Beakers, conical flasks, test tubes, test tube holders, tripod stands, Bunsen burners, wire mesh or gauze are used for holding, mixing, heating substances. Digital balances accurately measure mass up to 200g, measuring cylinders and burettes precisely measure volumes, pipettes measure small volumes of liquids. Funnels transfer substances between containers, evaporating dishes remove excess liquids, thermometers measure temperature, and beaker tongs and wash bottles are also used.
